Confirm order scope

Record every machine, compressor, rod, tool, accessory and spare part included in the shipment.

Measure the complete cargo

Confirm transport dimensions and weight after the proposed disassembly plan, rather than relying only on brochure values.

Confirm destination and Incoterm

Port, final destination, buyer responsibilities and terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF or EXW are agreed before freight is quoted.

Select the shipping method

Evaluate Standard container, High Cube, Flat Rack, Ro-Ro or breakbulk from verified cargo data and route availability.

Plan disassembly

Identify detachable masts, drill rods, tools, guards, canopies, compressor components or accessories and define reassembly responsibility.

Clean, protect and pack

Prepare machinery and loose parts for transport, including practical weather, corrosion and impact protection.

Prepare export documents

Build the commercial and packing document set required by the confirmed transaction and destination.

Record loading

Capture packing, securing and loading evidence appropriate to the shipment.

Handover and track

Coordinate handover with the selected forwarder and share available shipping milestones and documents.

Support receiving and reassembly

Provide the agreed packing reference and clarify which unloading, installation and commissioning tasks remain the buyer's responsibility.
